Organization chart Nakano Base Strategy Department This is the total general office of Hug Communications Inc. This secret base (office) creates a lot of new ideas and plans everyday. General Affairs Department This department deals with general company affairs such as calculating sales figures, confirming contracts, managing events, and personnel affairs. Sales Strategy Division This division purchases and sells products via Internet and at stores. They also maintain manuals that itemize their daily tasks for efficient and systematic operation. This is the division for the people who love buyer business. There is a mail-order section, a second hand business section, and a product sales section in this department. Media Creation Division This division takes, creates, and edits pictures, designs, and movies. You need creativity to work for this division. Consulting Division This division suggests and coordinates optimized business plans that meet the trends of domestic and international markets. They provide total support for selecting office, financing, starting up new businesses, sales, delivery, management, outsourcing, etc. International Operation Room This department works on sales strategies and event planning for the international market. We named this department “Operation Room” because we wanted to give it a fun image and wanted our staff to enjoy working to provide exciting service and products to our foreign customers. Our target markets are Japan, USA, Canada and France. This department also expands new target markets and develops new sales channels. They sometimes visit foreign markets to assess the latest market trends. Otaku Strategy Division This division plans events, collaboration goods, and character products. They are now planning to open a new action figure museum in Nakano.
